Ensure you correctly access the metal surface before undertaking correction.

If polishing gilt, polish only by hand.

Best results are achieved by progressing cautiously.

When a scratch appears on your metal, you really don’t know its depth.

By progressing cautiously you will reduce the scratch gradually, limiting the risk of burning through the metal plate.

This is especially important when polishing chrome, gilt and other plated surfaces.

Always wear gloves and goggles.

Test the surface before use.
