2GB Christmas Promotion Terms & Conditions

The following outlines the 2GB Christmas Promotion Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing a 2GB Christmas promotion pack you are automatically entered into the random prize draw to win a Flex Polisher valued at $AUD 1,100.

1. The competition period: is from 9th December 2020 until 28th December 2020. Unless subsequently extended, which E-Valence reserves the right to do so.
2. Eligibility: in order to be eligible for the random prize draw, you need to purchase a 2GB Christmas Promotion pack, from the E-Valence.com.au website within the competition period. One purchased pack equals one entry into the random prize draw.
3. Prize: one lucky winner, selected at random, will receive a Flex Polisher valued at $AUD 1,100 (inc. GST). There is only one Flex Polisher to be won. No further prizes are part of this competition.
4. Winner selection: all those who fulfil the above competition criteria, will go into the running to win the prize. One lucky winner will be chosen at random at the completion of the competition period.
5. Winner notification: the winner will be notified via email by the 15th January 2021. Should the winner not respond within 5 working days another winner will be selected at random and notified accordingly.
6. Winner announcement: the winner will be announced on the E-Valence.com.au website on the 25th January 2021, if not earlier.
7. As part of participating in the competition, you the entrant acknowledge and agree to all of the above.
8. Should you, the entrant, wish to be excluded from the competition please notify us via email info@e-valence.com
9. E-Valence reserves the right to update and/or amend the competition Terms and Conditions at anytime. If that need should arise all entrants at that time will be notified via email.
